She obtained her degree at the Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil School of Law where she was awarded the “Doctor Héctor Romero Menéndez” award for best graduate of her class.

As a professional, she has been very active in Civil Law, Bank Law, Commercial Law as well as Corporate Law where she has managed mergers and acquisitions.

She has been appointed arbitrator of the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Guayaquil.
