She graduated from the Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil School of Law where she was awarded with “Al Mérito Académico” prize.

Her professional activity is concentrated in Banking Law, Corporate Law and Contracts.  Additionally, she has participated in the instrumentation of corporate trust agreements as well as private loan issuance and other legal affairs related to the local stock market.
